Horrible upper management, internal communication is in disarray, no HR support, corporate/field leadership constantly attacks an undermines store leadership, lastly company lies to get talented managers to come onboard and then fails to uphold their promises/commitment but expects the highest level of performance for you. All the while, over loading the stores with tasks requiring additional hours to be worked on the regular to be compliant which far exceed the typical 8hr work day. You end up working 50 to 60 hours but paid at 40 hours with a salary that’s barely competitive, if at all.
