Pros
Reasonably well paid. Unique product. The job itself was nice and interesting indeed: dealing with the customers, visual merchandising, KPI anlysis... 50% discount.
Cons
Poor management. Store managers act like little kings in their kingdoms. Management wont listen to you. As soon as you question a process you are marked as a problematic person. Disorganization at every level. Working many more hours than paid. Work - Family is YOUR conflict. They dont care if their schedule is sucking life out of you.
