The entire executive team left recently including the ceo. They were hardworking but constantly blocked by the family especially the spoiled lying son who lives in the USA. The son is now charge and planning to terminate everyone in stores that do not fit a model image. Someone should remind him of basic USA laws. The jewelry is cheap and tarnishes skin. The amount of pressure that Spain puts on you to sell this lolly gaggy brand is ridiculous. We get an average of 5 people that walk in our store and most just want to know the bathroom. The culture that the family creates is so bad. Also there are rumors that the son uses company expenses for only fans but my area manager is only allowed 60.00 per day for meals when she travels….
