Everything they said during the interview turned out to be false. They keep you constantly needing sales in order to make any money, which is completely dependent on marketing and bringing people to the store as opposed to hounding customers who happen by. The commission scale was inflated, and they failed to accurately depict what the actual pay scale was. On top of all this, the new manager they brought in broke multiple discrimination rules in the first five minutes on the clock.
