      Teamwork is important for this company!

      Cons

      Upper management is rude, condescending, and does not push you to do greater things. Horrible experience. On top of that the jewelry is cheaply made and has customer complaints 25/7. Makes it seem amazing when first joining then you realize why almost every store is short staffed and losing employees left and right.
