When interviewed they talk about how much commission you can make and how there is growth within the company. That’s not entirely true. The moment they see you hitting your sales numbers and earning commissions they raise the goals to an unattainable number. The only way you will grow with the company is to brown nose and throw people under the bus. Some of the leadership has no place being in their position. When you call your supervisor they should be able to help you not have to call 5 other people and possibly still not receive the help that is needed.
The brand used to make a quality product but in the last 2 years the quality has gone down drastically and when you communicate this they act like you’re crazy. You then have to face the client and tell them their problems aren’t covered under the warranty.
Disappointed is an understatement and looking for new opportunities.
