If you are lucky enough to join the top management that gets LT bonuses, you earn a lot and the performance level needed is not too much
Cons
If you deviate at any respect from the majority (white male engineer that does not really want to change much how things are), do not expect much of career development. Diversity & inclusion do not in practice exist - instead, people try to explain black to white when you challenge the topic
