      great coworkers, ability to attract great talent in providers, no ability to keep them

      Cons

      A corporate hospital system that doesn’t care about the employees who work for them. Below average pay and benefits. Employees are disposable and there is no opportunity to grow once you’ve reached 5 years as an RN.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
