      Patients are great, decent job horrible unprofessional manager at Lock Haven UPMC Patient Access

      Cons

      Management at Lock Haven UPMC patient access is unprofessional and does not want to hire people who have children. No work-life balance. You will work swing shifts, all shifts, no consideration of family responsibilities outside of work. Hostile work environment, I do not recommend working at Lock Haven Patient Access, it's sad because they lose good employees because of bad management.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
