      Excellent unit director in my department

      Cons

      Management is loose due to constant restructuring. The company cares more about the people making the money than the people EARNING them the money. Immediately removed all DEI and Pride events following government orders. Low pay and not great benefits.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
