Pros
UPMC Health Plan offers: fair health & employee benefits, generous compensation, fair review process, good location downtown, groundbreaking healthcare, and many high level projects.
Cons
UPMC Health Plan discourages any personal growth that is not related to business/health economics, there is very little communication between departments even when they have processes that overlap, you have very little choice over departmental shifts once hired, and they need to better screen some managers.
