Business Outlook
Pros
Working with the patients and families are my focus. The patients are terrific. Most of my co-workers are caring and invested in the patients. I am grateful for the benefit package-they could do better. Some supervisors are caring and supportive.
Cons
Upper management is way out of touch with employees. Fear driven techniques are ineffective- it is 2012 is it not? Very task driven- more, more, more, more and more is expected. Employees are not rewarded unless you are connected politically. The attitude of father knows best is outdated and ineffective. System is fractured. Employees are not respected. Benefits for a steep price to employee.
