Flexible hours...workday is 8-4:30 but if you need to do something during the day or need to adjust your hours, it can be done if your total work hours amount to 8 in a day Reasonable salary usuaaly apid midrange Tolerable working conditions- nice offices, individual cubicals Work independence for the most partnoone looking over your shoulder all day
Cons
Unnecssary and unproductive meetings Difficulty getting time off usually due to lack of staffing Unknowlegable managers who rely on experience nurses to provide information on 'rules' Nepotism, people are usually promoted based on their frindships or physical appearance
