Pros
Great job for a college student. Flexible scheduling so I could attend classes and still work part-time. Insurance available for part-time and per diem employees
Cons
Often not fully staffed, especially during holiday seasons. Shortened training time. Lower pay than comparable jobs at assisted living facilities, probably due to the fact that no certification is required.
