Scary Organization - Director UPMC Employee Review

UPMC has lost their way. Unfortunately this organization is 100% about the bottom line. It is quite clear that employees are simply numbers. I worked for UPMC for over 10 years and the Organization is run through fear. All of the Hospital Leaders know the right things to say but never hold themselves to the same standards. If you want to work for UPMC the best advice I can give you is to do what you are told and don't volunteer your ideas. Leadership may say they want your ideas until it conflicts with their agenda.
