Pros
Good continuing education opportunities and good place for a new nurse as it is a teaching hospital, if you get into the right department.
Cons
Extremely high staff turnover due to management not involved in or addressing staffing needs. Points for being late or absent accrue but only fall off after 1 year which is punitive. Seems like management is trying harder to fire than to keep really good employees. Nepotism needs to be addressed especially on the managerial level.
