Large Company, But My Team Is Great - Anonymous employee UPMC Employee Review

UPMC is such a large company, and with so many different departments (nursing, professional, etc), it's hard to be specific here. Overall, my experience has been great. I've experienced a relaxed work environment (no clock watching), guidance from my management team that has helped me professionally, challenging work, and opportunity to advance. As long as I do my work and continue to strive to do better, I've been treated well.
