Unreliable positions, but great experience - Referral Coordinator Home Health UPMC Employee Review

- Have been laid off 3 times by UPMC. Unreliability has led me to unemployment for the past year - Insurance costs drastically increased from year to year. Health system & insurance both are very intrusive as to your health status. - Pay/ Merit increase is minimal. Don't press your luck to get more than 2.5-3% of a raise each year.
