Pros
They did have a Flexible schedule, good cafeteria, and an O.K Computer system, you could work extra if you needed the money.
Cons
Poor with issues of workplace bullying does nothing about it when brought to managment or HR. Not supported when issues are brought to nurse managment about care. Loves Drama. Poor pay for nurses, poor raise scale, mangment does not care if CNA does their job seen as your fault and you are the bad guy for bringing it up.
