Lack of any qualified supervision - Peer Navigator UPMC Employee Review

KP is head of all peer programs at UPMC and he is terrible. When I was supposed to be training with him outside of the hospital he took me to his house. Other peers had similar issues, it was brought to HR attention, but nothing ever seemed to come of it. His wife works in HR. He talked about inappropriate things, including drinking around people with substance use issues. There was never any support or structure within our team, so I was left to figure out how to do my job.
