      My department is wonderful and my management cares about our team and well being

      Cons

      Executive leadership could not care less about the burn out so long as there are results. Why have a PMO if you’re going to hire a consulting firm to tell you unrealistic dates that you want to hear anyway?

      Was told via email would be paid a certain amount, then my pay was decreased not once, but two times prior to starting my role.
