Leadership is Abysmal - Food Service Worker UPMC Employee Review

Leadership does not care about the people in the food service department. They are bullies and target employees for no valid reasons. No appreciation unless you're in the "it" club. Those individuals get the help and lightest workload. Reports to superiors and HR are dismissed without any improvements. Leadership provides no communication and does nothing to contribute to the results of the department. We are hemorrhaging employees due to this treatment and all they do is bully us more into working longer and harder. It's been like this for years. Racism and homophobia exist but thinly veiled.
