Pros
Good for entry-level management experience (though you’ll receive no training for it.) Good tuition benefits for all employees. Great exercise.
Cons
Mismanagement and lack of management oversight creates an unsafe atmosphere in several areas. The air quality is poor due to poor ventilation. Suspicious behavior by the Union and the new contract with the “no supervisor working” policy has put a bigger wedge between Union employees and management employees.
