Works with schedule if your in school, or at least they did with me.
Cons
Logistics isn't as easy as people might think. You need to know weather patterns, international rules and regulations, what type of goods you can or cant send, be aware a weight limit restrictions among other things. It's not just ship it and it goes. So when people first start, they get overwhelmed, but once you build up your knowledge, you should be good.
