Pros
Great corporate environment to work in. The people are exceptionally friendly and interested in meeting young people. They are open to new ideas and new experience. It is incredible that people stay with this company for 20+ years, which shows promise of growth and a love for the company.
Cons
I found that at times I was not properly utilized. I feel as if they were a bit unprepared with taking on an intern. A lot of days were spent sitting at my desk asking if there was work to be done instead of them having any kind of set schedule set up for me.
