Pros
Enjoyable, straightforward, brisk-paced work, but with a focus on safe, reasonable pace. If you can get a full-time permanent position with them, you can expect to do very well. No work on weekends.
Cons
Repeatedly made polite inquiries to HR as to whether assistance would be needed for each of two next helper seasons (Summer vacations and winter holiday season) to HR reps in two different states. Never received any reply, even though I politely asked for a callback either way, just so I would know what to plan for. It seems that, at least at those two locations, they won't give you the courtesy of a response unless they need your help. On another note, the hours run into the early evening, so your family's quality of life may suffer.
