Urban Golf Performance is a great place to work because success is highly driven by strong teamwork and communication among all teammates. Everyone is focused on client development and improvement through a means of building up team and collaboration first. As a medical provider, I am able to grow my skills by working with a wide range of clients (age, sex, health condition, fitness level). Management is very clear and easy to reach with questions and in what they are looking for out of employees.
