Pros
The Air Force is a great opportunity if you're looking to build professional skills and get some leadership opportunities under your belt. Depending on the career field you go into, you can land some great jobs when you get out. I'd really suggest something IT related, or Intelligence related. You'll get a high level clearance and be very employable when you get out. Contracting wouldn't be bad either.
Cons
There is a disconnect between leadership and enlisted. If you have good leadership, things will run smoothly. If you have bad leadership, prepare for a bumpy ride. Right now, money is the biggest concern for the Air Force so a lot of good people are being kicked out for things like PT failures. Not the best way to conduct business, but it's an easy tool to use in order to save some money in the short term.
