Pros
Best people, good culture, valuable benefits. Sometimes the work is interesting. It's extremely stable, if you don't count the part where you can deploy somewhere random.
Cons
You do what you're told when you're told to do it. The AF is pretty cool about it, but at the end of the day there's a lot of options you don't get to even think about.
