Every changing opportunities to learn and grow in your career field. Fantastic network. Ever evolving mission set, often at the cutting edge of technology.

Cons

The fact that 20 years went by so quickly. Cherish and embrace the ride. I would recommend the Air Force look into developing a transition curriculum like the Ruehlin Seminar for executive level officers and enlisted.

Pros

Great culture and projects. Work life balance is fantastic. If you have a family or want to start a family its a great place to work.

Cons

Biggest problem is the compensation. Contractors typically pay 20% more for the same level of work.
