      Incredible leaders and the best people you will ever work with. No limits when it comes to professional growth or community involvement.

      Cons

      Frequent deployments and TDYs. Long months, weeks, days, hours, away from home can make family life difficult, however, it all depends on your career.

      lots of RTO, highly indicative of managers that only understand work is happening when they see it happening.

      Pros

      Its a good start to wanting to learn stability and being able to be consistence at receiving a pay every two weeks.

      Cons

      Its hard to provide for a family when you don't get paid for overtime and you're basically living pay check to pay check due to bills
