      Pros

      Working as a contractor at WPAFB has been nice because of management's general flexibility with time-off for vacation and sick leave.

      Cons

      Downsides: Too many middle men, and too many people who don't care for their jobs, slack off, and make it difficult for those who want to build successful programs.
