      People Travel - I have been all over the country and world in only a few years Pay is very good for age/experience levels without requiring a degree Training in jobs that offer good civilian opportunities Education benefits +++ Overall benefits

      Cons

      Enlisted promotion system lacks opportunities for faster advancement; needs to be structure like the Army. Degrees for enlisted personnel are only necessary for senior enlisted advancement past rank of E-7. Evaluation system is over-inflated
