      - Great opportunity to lead/manage some really great people. - Travel to parts of the world you might otherwise never get to see

      Cons

      - You will be away from hometown friends/family for your entire time in the Air Force - You will be away from your home/wife/kids for up to a year at a time, at least once during a career - You will move every couple of years, on average; longest at any one location is about four years

      Pros

      Amazing mission, supporting Air Force Wounded Warriors with their needs, both professional and personal. Small teams of care teams who take their job seriously, but still have fun and build community.

      Cons

      It can be difficult when contractors and DoD civilians work in close proximity. There was some "us vs. them" mentality, but overall, it wasn't a huge problem.
