      Strong advocate for employees, and for the group as a whole. National connection provides bargaining power with hospitals, local leadership provides group autonomy. Tremendous flexibility.

      Cons

      At least in Nevada, onboarding support can be a little spotty, but this is being improved.

      Pays well, but has to in an effort to retain talent Was good on the resume and able to leave there on my own accord

      Cons

      Sweat Shop HR is a joke, not respected by employees Hair on fire culture, everything is in emergency and due yesterday FTC is making a real run at this company to break them up as they should!
