Pros
If you have a time machine and can go back to 2017/18 it was a pretty nice place to work. The irritations at that point were trivial and the culture was great. It a place you actually enjoyed going to work. This is no longer the case.
Cons
Management changes brought a new philosophy to the IT department. Firstly, the architecture side was corrupted and then the actual decision makers were replaced with people that don't have a clue. Secondly an experiment in internal downsizing mixed with off-shoring most of the IT teams led to shoddy products that always came in late and never met requirements.
