Pros
My coworkers outside of leadership was the only thing keeping me afloat at this company. Bonus pay at the beginning of the year is nice the longer you stay
Cons
They like to choose people who are brand new to the industry so they can underpay you because they know you need to build your experience. They overpromise in areas of growth, pay, and opportunities. The benefits are even worse and expensive which is insane for a healthcare company. USAP only promotes leadership while the bottom level employees are the ones that make everything happen. Performance reviews are not metric based what so ever, so there is no way for you to ever reach the max bonus incentive every year.
