Don't do it - Senior Recruiter US Anesthesia Partners Employee Review

Horrible work environment. Company is not organized at all. Hired me to clean up recruitment process and then when I started making changes I was getting pushback from management and upper leadership did not support me. Basically, I was set up for failure. I was not able to do the job I was hired for and ended up being an event planner for their CRNA events. When I finally left, I was told I needed to work somewhere more organized. Shocked is an understatement. I was told by fellow recruiters to not leave even though everyone was unhappy. Was told the job was a Monday-Friday and ended up having to work events on the weekends weekly! This company is just a mess.
