Pros
Very dynamic place to work. They promote intellectual growth, as it is a research facility. Best place for engineers that want to solve problems and not work with canned solutions to everyday run of the mill, and uninteresting problems.
Cons
Remote location in Mississippi. Surrounded by a series of poor and uninteresting towns that are still suffering the aftermath of the Civil War and abolition of Slavery. For those with family, schools in the immediate area are of no consequence and utterly useless.
