In most roles, once your workday is over, you are able to fully disconnect and maintain separation between work and personal life. The schedule and stability can make it a good option for individuals seeking consistent employment and predictable hours.

Cons

The workplace culture can feel very cliquish and, at times, more like a high school environment than a professional organization. There appears to be a strong emphasis on networking and social relationships, sometimes over individual performance and productivity.
