      Flexible work schedules, team environment.

      Cons

      Severe budget cuts and future office consolidations mean goodbye to your job. No advancement opportunities available. Education means absolutely nothing; they will not pay you accordingly. You will not receive the training you need to do your job efficently. Definatley stuck in the past, ancient computer system.

      Excellent job to have while raising a family. Maxi-flex schedule (9 on, 1 off) is very helpful for doctor appointments to not use up sick time.

      Cons

      Under hiring freezes, oftentimes working understaffed to meet numerous program details.

      Good retirement benefits. Very flexible leave usage

      Cons

      Pay has fallen behind the private sector. Bureaucracy is bad. No vision for the future. Field offices generally have a good culture but that is where it stops
