      Maybe the PTO. Not much else.

      Cons

      So Much bullying and peer micromanaging. Management is worthless and does not manage. Pay is unlivable. County committee and employees make their own rules to punish producers and employees. Unethical. Working conditions are pathetic. These types of jobs are likely going away but hopefully these entire agencies are abolished or redeveloped as they need to be. Huge waste of tax payer money.

      Pros

      Excellent job to have while raising a family. Maxi-flex schedule (9 on, 1 off) is very helpful for doctor appointments to not use up sick time.

      Cons

      Under hiring freezes, oftentimes working understaffed to meet numerous program details.

      Good retirement benefits. Very flexible leave usage

      Cons

      Pay has fallen behind the private sector. Bureaucracy is bad. No vision for the future. Field offices generally have a good culture but that is where it stops
