Pros
If you are self driven and dont like being micromanaged than this is a nice position. The hours are relatively flexible with work from home options.
Cons
This is a large national corporation with a focus on growth. Unfortunately most of the same issues that plague organization with multiple independent houses are apparent here. Lost in translation. Ineffective communication or lack of communication.
