Pros
Fun environment to work in. Flexible hours and managers are easy to get along with. They want to see you do well and support you. Great benefits. Great culture.
Cons
Laying off a lot of people due to going public. Putting stakeholders in front of current employees and potentially customers. Went from hourly to salary, and a good portion of employees have to still work OT, but we don't get compensated for it now. Bonus is now based off of the entire company doing well, not your specific job. So nobody knows what kind of bonus we will get.
