Pros

The only pro I can think of is that this company pays you during the training period.

Cons

Everyone works past 5pm whether at home or staying late in the office but your manager will superficially he/she doesn't want that. I had the "heaviest desk". When I asked to have work removed because I refused to continue to work until 11pm every night, I was told it would be done. But nothing happened for 5 months until it became apparent I was going to leave. My advise to potential employees is don't act smart. It will only get you the most difficult work and heaviest desk. Buyers are set up to fail and managers act like they care but really don't.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
