      Great team, great boss, decent benefits

      There are so many issues in the warehouse that it is difficult do the job you're hired for. You're always putting fires out. The customers received the wrong products, they did not receive their products, the truck is always late....

      Pros

      I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

      Cons

      Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
