      Pros

      Its a well run company that is competitive and does alot to educate their reps. Compensation is good initially however once you are on commission, if customers don't pay- you don't get paid

      Cons

      Long hours, ALOT of driving. Be prepared to run your car into the ground. Little support from management. very demanding in terms of attending meetings and other corporate functions. Don't expect to have much of a life outside of work.

      401k is good Benefits got more affordable

      The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
