Pros
They pay decent wages. The management is personable and professional. The employees take their work personal. The company actually takes time to show appreciation for its employees. The benefits are solid. The better you do the better you will be paid.......as long as it is noticed. Hourly employees recieve overtime after 8 hours Union in many locations.
Cons
Work work work. They will work you as hard as they can. Twelve or more hours a day is not uncommon.....but you do get paid for it. They hire third party companies to do hard labor. They treat the third parties unfairly..........And obviously the pending merger. We don't know what's going on. We don't know if our jobs are safe.
