Pros

U S as a whole is a great company. Very sales focused. Great pay excellent benefits.

Cons

Each division is run separately. More focused on selling scoop than keeping accounts happy. Avoid Colorado Springs, even managers from other districts around the state will tell you it is screwed up down there.

Pros

I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

Cons

Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
