      Pros

      Pay, benefits. Sometimes they feed us! Safety drawings every month, and you can win some cool prizes. You get breaks every 2 hours.

      Cons

      Long Hours, 3rd shift work. Management says they have an open Door policy, but when you go to them with a suggestion they get bent out of shape, and over react to your suggestion.

      I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

      Cons

      Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
